Castrations:
  Clients that enroll/already enrolled a patient requiring castration into a wellness package will receive a discount on the procedure.

Health Certification:
  Clients that enroll/already enrolled a patient requiring health certification into a wellness package will receive a discount on the procedure.

Multiple Horse Discount:
  A discount will be given to the 3rd and more horses owned by same owner enrolled in a wellness package.
A discount will be given to large boarding facilities, such as riding camps, for enrollment into a wellness package and scheduling all the horses at the same time.

Other Vaccines:
  Specialty vaccines such as Potomac Horse Fever, or for those individuals that must start a vaccine series; a discount will be given for those enrolled into a wellness package.

Scheduling of Farm Calls:
 We will accommodate client preferences whenever possible; however, we will also be scheduling by geographic area. For those horses not on the wellness program, a split trip fee for work done on horses at the same farm can be done.

Payment Terms and Refunds:
  To receive program discounts payment in full at time of enrollment into the wellness program is required. In the event of sale or death of enrolled patient; prorated refunds will be made. Cash refunds will be made if there is no current balance owed by the client to Cornelia Veterinary Hospital. Transfer of unused portion of a wellness package to another horse or to new owner of the sale horse may be done if owner is within our practice area.
